Our plans for MTP South, represent a unique opportunity to deliver a future-facing large-scale site in a form that is ideal both for advanced production facilities, manufacturing companies and for R&D organisations

Park South will add 2.3m sq ft sqm to the existing cluster. Ample scope to provide the range and flexibility in building options that are essential in successfully matching the needs and expectations of cross-sector, high innovation tech.

We are working with a supportive local Planning Authority to create a coherent environment through careful design, considered landscaping, meaningful amenity, engaging public realm and active on-site management.
During this phase of our story, we are proud that the additional growth will drive the generation of 2,500 high value, quality jobs to support the local economy.
Delivering an EPC ‘A’ rating, the strategy for Park South has been developed using a ‘fabric first’ approach through the ‘Be Lean’, ‘Be Clean’, ‘Be Green’ energy hierarchy.
Passive design and energy efficiency measures form the basis for the reduction in overall energy demand and carbon emissions. A minimum of 10% of the development’s predicted needs to be sourced from decentralised and renewable or low carbon energy.
As part of the sustainable scheme targeting a minimum BREEAM Excellent rating, we are using responsibly sourced materials and simplifying the palette of critical components.
