To optimise choice for the occupier, we have developed a core design matrix of 3 building concepts. All beautifully simple, adaptable places to work, all with a new operating typology.
By categorising the buildings on the Park, we are able to offer high-performance construction options, each purpose-built to deliver to specific workplace needs.
Having the matrix also allows us to readily and flexibly accommodate the potential of any company’s journey of growth stages, from start-up to unicorn.

The campus infrastructure will be part powered by on site renewable energy and has been future proofed to provide for growth in occupier demand.
Other initiatives at the forefront of the planned programme include water conservation, sustainable drainage and lighting and utility systems that not only improve user wellbeing but also to deliver effective reductions in emissions and cooling, consumption and cost.
