Multi, from the matrix of designs, is a vital feature within the MTP Cluster. A super-versatile concept, suitable for established profile operators, for project teams needing Flex, short or longer-term accommodation, or for start-ups and incubators wanting to enjoy the globally recognised tech environment and the facilities of a prestigious cluster.

The plug-in office spaces, workshops and tech spaces by Multi are offered and serviced through a simple and single, convenient and clear, inclusive cost and are delivered fully furnished with hot desk areas and integrated private and communal amenity.

Mode are robust, progressive, stand-alone buildings specified and created in close partnership with individual occupiers. Custom made and customisable, with a range of tailor-made fit out options, they are purposed to perfectly match requirement. Seamlessly sustainable. Safe and secure. Die-cut not cookie-cutter, these bespoke facilities can range from 25,000 to 100,000 sq ft.

Our programme to upgrade Park North operations to an exemplar green standard, begins with some forward thinking.

The coming 7MW solar array and hydrogen electrolyser within the proving ground, will provide additional power capacity from a renewable source on campus. The system will not only supply occupiers but will conserve heat, power and water.

Significantly, it will also establish a ground-breaking hydrogen capability on the Park for both related R&D and to help grow a cluster within the exponential, green energy sector.
