The provenance of Mira can be traced back to a unique post-war initiative by a group of standard-bearing automotive companies, dedicated to developing a future-facing engineering industry.
The legacy of this story is a track record of many, wide-ranging and hardwon successes, on the way to MTP becoming the leading centre of nextgeneration mobility technology in Europe.
By continually enhancing and upgrading our offer of providing first-class workspaces adjacent to the latest product development facilities, MTP has become a globally recognised innovation cluster. We are proud to have been associated with notable advances in key technology areas from cleantech energy to cybersecurity, from connected & autonomous vehicles to electrification and now, to AI.

In that the once definitive boundaries of the respective fields of technology have become fluid. So much so as to present a multitude of new, cross-sector opportunities.

In that expectations of the tech workplace have now become configured around an engaging and evolving experience of design and buildings, amenity and services, landscape and location.
The challenges that these shifts have created are welcome and have provided our impetus to comprehensively upgrade the performance of the Park.
MTP, masterplanned over two complementary sites, Park North and Park South, offers an integrated, super-facilitating setting for the full range of dynamic, R&D based tech businesses.
The start-point for success here is to introduce more connected and communal ways to share the workplace. A key initiative is the creation of a 100,000 sq ft Super-Hub, a showcase welcome at the Park’s entrance. This multi-dimensional amenity complex- a radical re-thinking and repurposing of the existing F&B facility- will include outdoor workspaces, a linear park and an auditorium for presentations and launches.
